All of our cleaning products are non-toxic, and made from natural ingredients. Our food is local, fresh, and grown organically. We wash all our linens and towels in a gentle, unscented, hypoallergenic laundry soap. We reduce the amount of plastic we consume by using refillable bottles of shampoo and conditioner. We recycle everything we can, and provide several recycling bins for guest use as well.

In our kitchen, we grow some of the herbs used for breakfast and we also have a few fruit trees on our property. We spend spring and summer mornings at local farmer's markets whenever possible to ensure the best quality food for breakfast.
